You can sign up for a free account any time. Frase free plans aren’t a free trial, you’ll have free access every month and will be capped at the below usage.
Free accounts include 1 user seat, 5 Frase Content documents credits per month, and up to 10,000 pageviews for Frase Answers. Frase Answers analytics is capped at a 30-day window.
Each document in Frase Content uses 1 document credit. Document credits are used every time you create a new optimization document. There are two different types of documents in Frase:
Each of those actions requires a document credit. If you delete a document, you do not get credits added to your account.
Frase uses the Google Analytics definition for pageviews:
A pageview (or pageview hit, page tracking hit) is an instance of a page being loaded (or reloaded) in a browser. Pageviews is a metric defined as the total number of pages viewed.
Frase Answers answers questions automatically 24/7 on your behalf, but sometimes you need to hand things off to live chat for human help. Frase provides the ability to call up a live chat conversation with one click.
We currently support this option with popular live chat providers such as Hubspot, Drift, Intercom, Tawk, LiveChat, Zendesk, Freshchat, Tidio, Olark and Gorgias.

Frase Content supports multilingual optimization in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Danish.
Frase Answers currently only supports the English language, with plans to expand into the above languages in the near future.

We don’t hold anyone under a contract. If you choose to cancel your Frase subscription, you can do so at any time right in the platform under Settings > Subscription.

No, Frase offers the ability to send publicly editable documents to external writers. You won’t need to use a seat credit for anyone who does not need access to the back-end tools and settings. We encourage admins to invite internal team members who may benefit from Frase workflows & reports.

You can purchase the SEO add-on any time inside of the Frase billing center. Navigate to Settings > Subscription > SEO Add-On. Once there, you will need to reconfirm your subscription when selecting the SEO Add-On, as this will attach to a new billing plan.
You need a paid Frase subscription to add the SEO Add-On.
Yes! You can purchase more seats any time for $25/seat. Simply invite users from the Frase app and your bill will be adjusted accordingly. To add user seats, navigate to Settings > Team > Invite.
