Frase Content helps you do 3 key things: create briefs, create content, and optimize content. Each document that you create (brief, create, optimize) counts against your monthly limit.

Note: If you import a template from the Frase template library, these also count as a document, and against your monthly limit.

What is a Frase Answers "user"?

A Frase Answers “user” is a unique visitor that engages your bot.

An engagement is counted each time a website visitor engages the assistant by asking a question or clicking a call to action button.

What are basic vs advanced Frase integrations?

Basic integrations include: Google Search Console.

Advanced integrations include: Hubspot CRM, Google Docs (Coming Soon).

Frase Answers integrates with popular live chat providers such as Hubspot, Drift, Intercom, Tawk, LiveChat, Zendesk, Freshchat, Tidio, Olark and Gorgias.

Does Frase offer multilingual support?

Frase Content supports multilingual optimization (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Danish).

Frase Answers currently only supports the English language.

Does Frase offer monthly or annual subscriptions?

Yes. You can subscribe to Frase on a month-to-month basis, or pay up front for an annual subscription. Subscribing to a yearly plan provides a discount. Discount details are included in the app, where you can make your Frase purchase.

Can I cancel my Frase subscription anytime?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription anytime.

What payment methods does Frase accept?

Frase currently supports all major debit and credit cards. All invoices and payment receipts can be accessed through your account.
