So, you curate statistics about a topic, product, service, or industry.

Step 1: Create Frase Document

To start curating content, log in to Frase or start a 7-day trial and create a new document.

  1. Select create new content.
  2. Enter your target search query, e.g., SEO statistics.
  3. Choose advanced options and select your country and language.
  4. Press Create Document.

Step 2: Select Stats from SERP filter

Frase will show the top-performing content for the query you entered when creating a new document.

  1. Go to the My Content tab.
  2. Click the SERP tab.
  3. From the filters drop-down, select Stats.

Step 3: Paste relevant snippets into a document

Gathering content with Frase from external sources is easy.

  1. Now look down the long list of statistics and click the paste icon.
  2. The statistics and source URL to the document.

Step 4: Check/verify the statistic is correct, up to date, and use the original source.

Check the source of content you have added to the document to ensure these statistics are up to date.

If this source is using another source, then try to use the original source in your document.

Step 5: Format the document and add your commentary underneath each statistic. (optional)

In the example of “SEO statistics,” there are hundreds of statistics we could include.

Where there are many statistics to curate, break them into different categories or sections, e.g., voice statistics, content statistics, video statistics, etc.

Use headings to format each section or statistic, and then include your own commentary or interpretation of each statistic.

Step 6: Create graphics with Canva to visualize the statistics

When you have proofed and spell-checked your document inside Frase, copy or download and create a new page in your CMS.

Step 2: Select Headings from SERP filter

  1. Go to the My Content tab.
  2. Click the SERP tab
  3. From the filters drop-down, select Headings

Step 3: Identify checklists and paste them into a document

  1. Type checklist in the search box.
  2. Look for relevant headings containing “checklist”.
  3. Click and open each relevant heading.
  4. Paste the full section in the document editor.
